I am so happy that Mary Ann was our travel agent. She is attentive, patient, personable, humorous and professional. She genuinely cares that you are happy with your choices.. As other reviews say, she goes the extra mile for you. I am not a seasoned traveler and she took the time and effort to go through the minutiae of our Alaskan cruise with me. Maryann has booked several cruises for us and she has always been very helpful. She gets me the best deals and has access to special rates and blocks of rooms that you simply can’t get elsewhere.

Mary Ann was outstanding at planning our cruise for my family and I. She was highly organized, made the process streamlined and painless. MaryAnn is the best in the business!!! I was part of a group of 40 women on Virgin Voyages in February 2024. Her attention to detail was top notch. MaryAnn was always available to answer my questions; she is very organized! From booking the cruise back in January 2023; MaryAnn took care all of my airline and hotel arrangements, as well as ground transportation. She is amazing. The cruise was so fun and MaryAnn kept her cool with 40 women asking questions, etc. Not an easy job.

I highly recommend booking through Mary Ann at Cruise Planners. She is on top of everything from the beginning of the trip until the end. There is consistent communication (hotel, excursions, transports, flight itinerary) and follow up. She provided our drivers name and cell for transports. Everything was executed perfectly. She will go above and beyond. Dinner reservations were booked and anything else we needed. Mary Ann is passionate about what she does. She knows what you want and will make sure you get it. Mary Ann arranged for a group of 40 women to sail on the Scarlett Lady with Virgin Voyages. If a travel agent can cater to 40 women all at the same time, and every woman sing her praises at the end of the cruise, well, you know you have found the travel agent to call every time you'd like to book ! Mary Ann booked me and a friend on a wonderful cruise with Virgin Voyages. We were part of a larger group of women for which she booked hotels, ground transportation and dinner reservations for those that wanted. For our group, her personal touch was a tumbler with name for each woman and a small emergency bag with items like band-aids, hand sanitizer, mints etc... We also received journals for our trip. Mary Ann accomplished an amazing feat which was coordinating a group trip for 40 women on a Virgin Voyages cruise. The process was seamless. She booked my cabin on the ship, my flight, hotel room, and shuttle rides to/from the airport and ship! Without hesitation, she took care of the inexperienced travelers (like myself) effortlessly (at least she makes it seem!) She was flexible and proactively fixed any hiccups as they occurred. I even saw how she worked with the experienced travelers in our group. She took the time to make care packages for ALL 40 women- she custom ordered reusable tumblers with everyone’s name on them. Other cruisers on the ship even noticed them! She reserved dinners for our group every night of the trip and a daily meeting room for our group. She coordinated a group chat for us all to communicate to eachother before, during, and after the trip. She coordinated group meetings months in advance to discuss preparing for the trip and answer any questions. She makes herself easily accessible for anyonr to approach and prioritizes communication with all members of our party. I am amazed by all the time, effort, dedication, and energy that was put into this. I could not recommend a better travel agent- you can easily see this is her passion!
